DEPOSITS & PAYMENT (for non group or voucher purchases)
Online bookings require a 100% deposit to secure the preferred tour. The deposit per person is required when making a reservation. In the event that the deposit does not reach us within 5 days after the booking is made, we assume that you no longer wish to travel with us and we will release any arrangements reserved for you. The booking becomes a Contract at the time we receive your deposit. Payment can be made via bank transfer and Visa/MasterCard.
 
The price does not include cost of personal/trip cancellation/baggage insurance, all items of a personal nature such as alcoholic and soft drinks, tipping and any items not mentioned as specifically included.
 
RESERVATIONS
Remember to ensure that the name on your reservation is the same as it appears on your passport. An error may result in a name change penalty.  
Once you have filled out your Reservation Form our team will contact you and reserve your tour depending on your special requests and requirements. Single travellers are required to pay a single supplement fee, as listed in the tour terms.  

AIRPORT TRANSFER
We will pick you up at the designated airport according to the arrival information you provide to us. Information must provide us with clearly state at which airport, flight number and arrival time (in 24 hour format). If you arrival transport is more than 3 hours late we reserves the right to cancel the transport/transfer service and the transfer fee will be forfeited by the customer.

Add-On Fares
Fares are not guaranteed until confirmed by us at the time of booking.
Add on fares include:
– Overnight stop-over at additional destination (not specified in itinerary)
– transportation upgrades
 
After paying your deposit, we will secure your reservation and process your booking. Once your booking has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email containing proposed tours. Once you respond confirming these details, your airfare will be booked on your behalf.
 
CANCELLATIONS
 
Cancellations by the Customers
If you wish to cancel your tour you must provide a Cancellation Notice by letter, email or fax and send this to us. This notice must be received by us for the cancellation to be processed.
 
Once the tour is guaranteed deposits received are 100% non-refundable. Cancellations made with more than 10+ days prior to tour departure will receive a refund less deposit per person. Penalty for cancellations made within 10 days of tour departure – no refund will be made.
 
All unused services during the tour, ground transportation, meals, and sightseeing tours are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

 
Cancellations by us
We will only cancel your tour if your preferred departure dates are not available. In the event of this, you will be given a full refund of the amount you have already paid.

Package Prices & Departure Dates
Package prices, values and departure dates are listed on our website. Prices listed are in Thai Baht, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Optional tours can be paid for at your destination.
 
Tour Package Inclusions
All tours include a locally and experience English speaking guide. 

 
Tour Package Exclusions
Land tours do not include entry and exit transfers for passengers who deviate from the itinerary and arrive on different dates.
 
ITINERARIES
We reserves the right to modify the itinerary of your tour in the event of surface transportation changes, and such changes are necessary. In this event, any increase and reduction of the tour cost will be calculated and charged/refunded accordingly. If you request changes to your tour, you will be required to pay any additional cost in advance.  
 
HEALTH & FITNESS
Travellers should have a basic level of physical fitness and mobility and must be able to negotiate uneven surfaces, climb stairs and board boats. Travellers are advised to check with their local health professional at least 45 days prior to departure, as some vaccinations require 30 days or more to be effective. Proof of vaccination is usually not required unless you are coming from an infected area.
 
We requires a written notification prior to booking if you have any physical, emotional or mental conditions that may require professional attention during the course of your tour. If you require any special equipment such as a wheelchair you are responsible for providing this. Certain elements of our itineraries may not be wheelchair accessible and we cannot guarantee access or wheelchair assistance at our destinations. We reserve the right to decline a potential participant if, in our opinion, they have the potential to affect the health, safety and enjoyment of other participants. 
 
Please familiarise yourself with potential travel, health and safety risks in the regions you wish to visit, prior to booking your tour. We are not responsible for checking safety and security conditions, vaccinations or additional health requirements in the regions you will visit.
 
RESPONSIBILITY
The responsibility of affiliated companies is strictly limited. We acts as a coordinator for all persons taking a tour in the making of all arrangements for transportation and sightseeing. We do not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and all services are subject to the laws of the country where the services are provided. By utilising the services of our chosen suppliers, you agree to look to these suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you. We and our representatives are not liable if these events occur.
We acts only as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided and assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to baggage or property or for any injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims whatsoever caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss, theft or damage to person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, wars and uprisings or acts of God etc. over which we has no control. We strongly encourage all customers to undertake a high level of personal responsibility in order to ensure that possessions, equipment and personal documents are closely monitored and protected at all times.
We reserves the right to make amendments to incorrect promotional or website pricing or to increase pricing in the event of industry cost increases.
Please note that some attractions and sites are not open for entry every day of the year. In the event of closure, We will substitute or vary the sequence of sightseeing or order of cities visited to accommodate for this. We will endeavour to stick to the itinerary; however there are no refunds for any unused or unavailable excursions.
